Out of Network:

• Check with your insurance to see if they will reimburse you for a portion of an out of network provider’s fee, I can provide any documents needed for this. Some insurance policies will cover close to the full fee, others will not cover anything, but it is worth checking out.

Private Pay:

• Cost per session is $150.00

• Pay by cash, credit card or check, payment is due same day as session.
